At Steel City Luxury LLC, every item is carefully inspected and documented before sale to ensure quality and transparency. Because our products are pre-owned, limited-edition, and often one-of-a-kind, all sales are final.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our inventory, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.
Please review all product descriptions, photos, and condition notes carefully before purchasing.

2. Item Condition

All items are pre-owned or vintage, unless otherwise noted.
Product descriptions and photographs accurately represent the condition of each item.
Natural signs of wear, age, or minor imperfections are typical in pre-owned goods and are disclosed to the best of our ability.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or does not match your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@steelcityluxury.com.
We will investigate the issue and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement (if available), or store credit.
